Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

  • Most orders arrive within ~14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Remote areas or peak seasons may add a few days.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Split Shipments

  • To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Issues

  • Marked “delivered” but can’t find it? Check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes set by your local authority. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to update or cancel? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, we may already be processing your shipment.
